The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and cozy sitting area, creating a restful retreat after a day exploring Annapolis.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining area provides a comfortable space to gather, dine, or plan your next adventure.

Please note that the outdoor kitchen, grilling area, upper deck, and associated lounge spaces are reserved for the private use of the main house and are not included with Cottage reservations

Use of bicycles, kayaks, paddles, life vests, and any recreational equipment is entirely voluntary and at the guest's own risk.

By choosing to use these amenities, guests acknowledge and agree that:

• Stay Barefoot Annapolis and the property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, damage, or death resulting from use of the equipment. • Guests assume all risks associated with cycling, kayaking, water activities, transportation, weather conditions, and equipment use. • Guests are responsible for determining their own abilities and exercising appropriate caution. • All recreational equipment is for use of adults 18 years old and older • Guests agree to inspect equipment before use and discontinue use if any item appears unsafe or damaged.

Use of any recreational equipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

⚠️ The cottage is located on the second floor and is accessed by a steep staircase with 13 steps. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this before booking.

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. • Parking for ONE vehicle only. • No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings. • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • No smoking or vaping inside the cottage or on the property. • Pets are welcome but must be disclosed during booking and cleaned up after. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. • Use of bicycles, kayaks, paddles, life vests, and other recreational equipment is entirely at the guest's own risk.

Stay Barefoot Annapolis is designed for guests who want more than a place to sleep. Come slow down, settle in, and experience Annapolis with the ease of a quiet coastal retreat.

Guests have full access to every part of the Cottage with the exception of 2 locked closest, one on the first floor and the other inside the bathroom on the 2nd floor. We ask you to respect the owners privacy and not attempt to access either locked closet. Everything else is yours to explore and use!

We have parking for 1 vehicle. We cannot accommodate more than 1 vehicle. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

Barefoot Cottage includes use of the designated outdoor dining table and chairs only. The outdoor kitchen, grill, deck, fire pit, and lounge areas are not included with Cottage reservations and are reserved for the main house.

If you need assistance with anything or just have a question, please contact us through the Airbnb app. We follow our guests lead on how much and what type of interaction they desire. We are happy to have a conversation, provide recommendations, or just chat a bit. We are also happy to allow our guests to have complete privacy.

Arundel on the Bay is a private water-oriented community of single-family homes. We are surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Fishing creek. Barefoot Cottage is a 3-minute walk to the bay and 1/2 block from Fishing Creek. Guests at Barefoot Cottage have access to our private community beach, and we provide a picnic basket, beach towels, and sand chairs for your use!

Free parking at Barefoot Cottage for 1 vehicle or you can use ride share services. Try the water taxi to downtown Annapolis!
